Pizzas tonight in the garden were divine: the weather was ideal, the dough perfectly cooked to a crispy outside and tender inside and the wonderful range of flavorful toppings kept everyone wanting more.
My favorite pie of the evening was the sausage, caramelized onion, mozzarella, goat cheese, tomato sauce and fresh basil pizza. DELICIOUS!
The air is cooling rapidly as summer winds to a close, which really pisses off the bees and they were starting to take on a bit of attitude this evening while I was finishing some dishes and a series of wasps and hornets began dive bombing me. I grabbed the poison, sprayed it feverishly into the air and began stomping on them as they hit the ground. CRUNCH!
