Today I finished my very first paid baking assignment! I was excited and nervous all at once, and in the end things went okay. I made gingerbread cutouts, snowballs, peppermint brownies and chocolate chunk peanut butter cookies for a holiday party and have my fingers crossed that it will lead to more assignments. I'll attach a few more photos to the next post.
I have a few recipes to share with you tomorrow, as well as an update on the past few nights -- I had a $2000 dollar bottle of wine last night!! But more on that later...for now, sleep...it's been a long week...
