You're all going to get sick of photos of gingerbread this and gingerbread that, but save your complaints until after Xmas, as things are just getting heated up -- there's a Gingerbread Cathedral ahead of us, people! It's a piece of cake, and the sky's the limit once you have the dough rolled out and ready cut, paints, piping bags, decorations...oh...I'm getting ahead of myself...
